But my recommendation is to stay away from ICOs. 90% are scam and will fail, 9% has potential but fail due to incompetency, 1% succeed, and you won't lose money. Making 1000% from ICOs era has ended.

Spectre.ai should be the best ico with a lot of hype in this time. So many tradeing platform project that gained a lot of the interest from the investors. As you can see about coss and binance. and another like opentrading and populous. That gaines a lot of the interest from a lot of people right now.
