https://github.com/BTCGPU/BTCGPU/issues/178Seems like nobody bothered to tell anybody how to setup the seeds so most of the block-chain's just went off in their own directions The BIG CHINA pools seem to have had their own code, they seem to have gotten all the pre-mine and early mining, while everybody else just pissed in the wind, and are still pissing in the wind, its now almost 16 hours post launch, and pools are down. I can solo mine, but not sure if its worth it because of the 100million sols/sec from the china miners DOES JACK LIAO have GPU-ASICS?? Where did this hash-power come from? *** The problem here is the code was released without working seed-nodes, and nobody was given bootstrap direcitons to pre-load the block-chain. 100% klusterfuck, except for the china owners of BTG

seems just after they finished premine their own pool gone with the wrong blockchain
while suprnova and other pools were in the good one
now.. well i just don't know hat will happen now.
but clearly this is worst start ever of bitcoin's fork!

so wait pool.gold was on wrong chain? I mined 0.019 BTG and some was marked as paid. now I have 0.001 immature ?  confused??? |

HM well that explains why i don't see anything on the Bitcoin Gold pool after 3 hours of mining it gets wiped out, i was on MinerTopia before i switched to Bitcoin Gold pool . MinerTopia crashed and stopped mining it shows a balance but that's all atm an if I look on Bitcoin Gold pool it's blank, if the balance was wiped that explains why, what a piss job this is turning out to be. |

It seems that way. I shut my rig down a few hours ago until this mess gets straightened out. If it doesn't then I'll do something else. This launch has been the textbook definition of overpromise and underdeliver. |

Yeah I mined all day today with 3.0 Sols/s on pool.gold never got a immature coin the entire day just switched to supernova porbably go back to another coin feel like i just got ripped off.

This is funny.  Just goes to show how unprofessional and OVERvalued bitcoin gold is. The sad part is that there are lots of other hardworking and competent teams out there working hard on projects that have a better product, yet have no funding compared to what bitcoin gold has. Dump all your bitcoin gold while you can. |

I had everything setup, pointing to pool.gold and left it running all night.
Checked balance in the morning, it was 0.
I literally deleted it off my PC.

I'm done with BTG. after wasting 2 days i've got 0.005 btg immature to show for it.
that's with 4k/sols
first lost 0.01 due to their bs error, then 12 hours before that due to launch delay and the past 18 hours only mined .005? their pools unstable af also.
