No one use BTC to pay $60. Yes, it's a problem, but not yet for common usage. Why? Because btc is not used for majorities, only to make money.

The best way to kill btc is easy: all governments has to legalize btc.
Consecuencies:
1. A lot of people buy btc to high price.
2. Markets sell btc.
3. Price fall a lot.
4. Common people can't use it because they can't pay $60 because high price of transactions.
5. Big markets win, as always.
6. Btc becomes a bubble for everyone.
7. People trust again in fiat.

A lot of specialists talk about altcurrencies only for its technology. Yes it's the principal part. But everybody has to understand that these characteristics are not important for markets... yet. They only need an Exchange.

Fee will lower down as soon as more miners will start mining bitcoin back again, there was temporary shift of miners from bitcoin to bitcoin cash because of hype and fake pump created on bitcoin cash but now as mining difficulty of bitcoin cash is increased and price of bitcoincash also dumped hard, miners got back on mining bitcoin blocks.

You better wake up first.Lots of transactions are stuck due to fake transactions spamming the network deliberately.Some chinese mining pools voluntarily mining empty blocks.There is nothing wrong with the core team and there is nothing wrong with segwit activation.Every thing was working fine and every transactions were confirmed fastly after segwit activation.If any one is to be blamed,only the miners have to be blamed for switching temporarily to mine BCH.The chinese miners don't have any moral values.This transaction would be very soon sorted out.Just shut your mouth,you mouth piece of other alts.

That's easy to do if your coins are on an exchange (though wallets like coinbase only give you the choice of btc, eth and ltc), but if you have a hard wallet, you are completely stuffed and have to pay the fees. Worse is if you are an early adopter and collected lots of small tips - that makes the number of inputs huge and you end up having to pay practically all of it in fees. Nice racket if you can get it.

I am not a noob here nor do I belong to any criminal group but it would be more modest to say that everyone wants some swiftness in their transactions along with just a light cut. Btc has never been a problem when you are sending large transactions. But sending amounts upto like $40-50 has been a trouble since past few months. Dont if its miners or who but this is affecting the whole community people came to fiat because they liked the idea of bitcoin and they will move to any other if btc potrays signs that it is not a good currency for mass adoption.

Yes, I totally agree, but this is a problem when a lot of people (a country, a continent) use this coin in their common habits.

Now it's very difficult to use any cryptocurrency in any state, I mean, it's not popular yet.
