You can only reverse the transaction between you and the escrow, never with the escrow and the seller.
The escrow will probably used a fake ID, fake account, and got a negative amount of money in his account, but it does not really matter for him ... Paypal will never be able to find him / ask him to pay the money he owns them.
Oh, I was not aware of this trick, since I'm fairly new. Well, I wouldn't mind escrow then!
