What is the best exachange service currency (USD,EUR,RUB) to BTC BTC (min fee, trusted)?

depend on ur nationality there are many exchanges , bigger ones are Bittrex and polonix!

I don't understand what do you mean by exchange... money exchange or goods exchange ?

You can use poloniex and bittrex. In my case, I am using poloniex but it has a charge but it is also reasonable. For me it is good it has not have huge fees. I don't know on bittrex but in Poloniex I must say that it is trusted, but I think bittrex is also trusted it is up to us on where we are more comfortable to use.
