How many technical members are currently on your team? It sounds like you want the blockchain developer to be responsible for all development, rather than just blockchain development. How much funding have you received so far? Where is your office? Do you have reference material and a website that could provide more information? Do you expect this person to essentially be a contractor or a member of the founding team? Do they get equity in the company?

If you want a good blockchain developer, you need to provide more information. Typically, they don't have time to be PMing people to find out if it's a good fit.

currently 2 tech on our team. we have UI, Web dev and database dev covered. We need blockchain dev skills.
Funding has been raised internally for the ICO and we are cash positive and well funded.
Our offices are in London and Santiago, Chile
We have a lot of reference materials for private sharing but not on this public forum
We offer a place on our founding team for the right person, who will share equity and/ or cash upfront.
