It already crossed the magic figure of 500 with impressive gain of 43% as well as trading volume is also attractive. I think it is hard to predict what will happen in next wave but this project is still looking hot to make invest in it.

Has any risk assessment been done with regards to an overload on the Ethereum network?

Assuming things start popping off again in alts and the network gets clogged with high fees; transactions for CMCT will be held up too.

In phase 1, nodes will have to be set up and run by Crowd Machine for beta testing, this doesn't include AWS. Agoric Nodes have specifications that require extensive testing for resiliency and require more than an ACN would. The results of the beta test can result in further testing or move to phases including opening up to 3rd party operators.

 Polymath is a Crowd Machine technology partner. The Polymath relationship is one where Polymath users can use Crowd Machine to build and run apps that use the Polymath platform. As you’re probably aware, Crowd Machine is blockchain agnostic which allows those Polymath customers to build apps that use any blockchain they wish.

Where I'm not intimately familiar with the progress of their app, I can only assume that they would use Crowd App Studio to accomplish this. Our tech is designed to be blockchain agnostic and allow for smart contract creation on the blockchain of your choice. If for instance one of Polymath's clients wished to create a security token on NEO vs. Ethereum; this could be more readily accomplished on Crowd App Studio than through directly creating one with Solidity, C++, C#, Python, etc.
