In the twitter 2 campaign you say that you give 1 stake for every tweet that contains #HolyCoin from 500 to 1000 followers but in the rules for the twitter 2 campaign you say that only twitter accounts with more than 1000 followers can join. Which one is it?

There are 2 different campaigns:
If you got 250+ followers, you register to the 1st one.
If you got 1000+ followers, you register to the 2nd one.
Check again the main topic for complete and accurate details.
