I want to try and run a full bitcoin node and maybe put a few other currencies on it (but not too many and ones like litecoin with smaller blockchains).
I'm wondering what company anyone thinks would be best to do this with as my experience with VPS is that they don't expect you to want to store 200GB of data for a website with a small amount of other resources (like CPU).

Exact Specs I'd be after are probably:
• 200GB+ SSD (can be HDD though)
• At least 2 CPU cores (of 2GHz+) and 4GB MEMORY (RAM)
• A connection of at least 10MBps and unlmited bandwidth

If possible, a budget of $20/month, payable in Bitcoin would be nice.

And linux OS included with SSH and remote desktop.

You probably would need a dedicated server for this, i'd suggest using online.net(https://www.online.net/en/dedicated-server). there will be set up cost of €20(one time only) then you'll have to pay €9 per month or you can go for €16 one. now for the payment you could buy a vcc and load it using bitcoins(they don't accept bitcoin) to pay for the server.

Have you considered a dedicated server instead of VPS? Most standard dedicated server packages have much more disk space than standard VPS configurations, and the VPS price goes up a lot if you need more storage.
Edit: lite beat me too this suggestion Tongue

Without having any experience with the service, I found for example this: right at your budget, you get much more power: 16 GB ram, 1 TB hdd or 250 GB ssd, and your own 8 core 2.4 GHZ Intel processor.
For a bit more money you're looking at a VPS with 2 cores, 2 GB ram, and 500 GB storage.

You could also use cloud.google.com to start with, they're not the cheapest, but offer a free trial worth $300. That gives you enough room to try some things.

Thanks lite and loycev I have spent quite a few hours trying to search for an option for this. Both seem like what I need other than them not accepting Bitcoin but I'll look into the vcc you suggested lite. Thanks!

It's pruned though... I could get that anywhere for cheaper. And the bandwith isn't great.

They don't appear to accept Bitcoin as a payment either.

I use Time4VPS. I've been running nodes for over more than a year now, and I hove no troubles.
The price is also really nice, especially when you order a VPS for 1 year.

Have you checked at Vultr? I am not sure if it can fit your need but their servers are top notch quality there. And as said before, you would be better with a dedi.
