Why hate BCH?

I extremely agree with op. Even i hate bitcoincash . And honestly i pity those who are supporting it. Because there clearly is something fishy about bitcoin cash. It's like something is up and about to happen. Just look at how the prices have rieen too fast. Clwarly they are pumping the coin on purpose toaintain profit. And when rime strikes, they will dump together and poor are those who investing big ttime.

Personally I am not against bitcoin cash. I think it is alternative payment currency. I tried it and it works good even faster than bitcoin. But my friend really hates it cause he love bitcoin.

I just think it has bad fundamentals. Its mining is highly centralized: the vast majority of the hash rate (> 80%) comes from an unknown miner who we can assume is Bitmain. Most of the rest comes from ViaBTC, who is known to be a front for Bitmain. So, if you are comfortable with your "decentralized" currency being easy to attack and to censor, then it might not be a problem for you.

But one of Bitcoin's major value propositions is that it incentivizes rational and therefore decentralized mining, which allows it to remain censorship-resistant. I don't have that sort of confidence in Bcash.

The hash rate is very suspicious and I also assumed that it is being worked out by Bitmain and Jihan. Also the recent attacks proves us all correct. The people behind just manipulates the price of bitcoin cash to the extreme and just suddenly bailing out in time and just the profits. That's why we really lost confidence and they also get the newcomers who are not crying out because they have lost their investment in bitcoin cash.

I don't like it at all coz for me it's kinda obvious that all that pump and stuff was to dump BTC's price and buy it for a cheaper price and then start the BTC rally again.

I think people not really hate BCH they only scared because of the negative feedback of many users in this coin, i agree that only few people supporting this coin because they do not want to risk their money in the new coin also because they see the huge dump of value after launching of this coin that is why much better to have bitcoin than to hold bch.

Bitcoin Cash is just one of the altcoin on the market.

Why do you blame Bitcoin Cash for Bitcoin's price decline? 
If anything, you got an opportunity for some cheap bitcoins. There are people with different thoughts - respect them.

This basically. I wouldnt have a problem with it if they had the creativity to have their own identity instead of trying to steal someone else's. Litecoin is faster than BTC too,  but it creates its own Identity, path and chugs along. BCH couldn't do that without losing their minds so fuck that shit coin. Why use it as an alternative with LTC is right there and is faster and cheaper than BCH anyway?

Not to mention as soon as BTC adds scaling solutions BCH's largest draw dies that much more. There's no niche for it; yet they are arrogant as hell. I laughed watching Ver and co pump it to $2400 then crash it losing millions for the idiots that believed they would dethrone BTC.


Now Bitcoin is 8200, and BCH reddit is full of nothing but hatred, jealousy, vitriol, anger, and finger pointing. They are f-g Miserable while the real Bitcoin reddit is joyfully celebrating all time highs every week.

It not hating actually, BCH causes btc to fall down. Its normal competition between btc and bch ofcourse Ill always into Bitcoin. Bch price may fall down anytime due to of hype thats why price rises.

That's true, especially those founders and advisor already taken a lot of the bitcoin cash for them.  This centralized coin which full with a lot of the manipulation from the developers. They are making a joke about this coin will replace the bitcoin.

This is also me beliefs. Its just another promising altcoin. Though I am cold with BCH before, but now yeah, let it grow Why hate anyway when there are many also supporters with that crypto.

Aside from a blatant attempt to manipulate the crypto market, fueled by personal egotism, selfishness, and syndication, why hate BCH? Consolidating considerable mining power, then using said power against the community because you didn’t get your way, and convincing some whales to jump on board?

Are improvements necessary to sustain Bitcoin as its popularity and user base grows? Yes, but develop a real plan, one that doesn’t involve monthly forks and bs derivatives. Any professional would focus on resolution, addressing concerns and developing plans to the mutual benefit of all stakeholders. Instead, we see a handful of greasy hustlers seeking to profit from division.

Probably too much thinking and/or cooperation involved to be practical. Oh well, looking forward to Bitcoin bronze, aluminum, wood, recycled newspaper, etc...

You have obviously said it all. I see all that is happening with these forks as a way for some of these guys to just benefit themselves instead of coming together to look for a better way forward.

Now, it is becoming even more annoying as most of them are now seeing that as even a better avenue of scamming which is pretty bad and it is high time people started discarding forks that does not have the sole purpose of a good upgrade.
