kinda new to bitcoin.

I was thinking about getting bitcoins and subsequently selling them for cash and I see there is a lot of good exchange sites. Do you know if https://www.canadianbitcoins.com/ is reputable?

It is true you have to be careful where you buy shares in any Bitcoin venture.

Havelock Investments is one site I feel that is one of the most trustworthy. Don't take my word for it but check it out for yourself.

Is there a better way to do this than mtgox?  Seems like it takes almost 2 weeks to get USD from MtGox to a US Bank Account.  Am I missing an easier/faster way than p2p xfer?
