Question about Butterfly's Bitforce 5GH/s

Hi,

On butterfly's site they say this machine has hash rate: 5GH/s, but does this machine always make these 5GH/s no matter what, or that depends on something?

page says this: 5 GH/s (+/- 10% running variance)
so that means it can run at any speed between 4.5 to 5.5 GH/s
problems that could slow it down are overheating or low power in usb (if you are using usb hub), and i doubt it will ever run faster

btw i ordered my machine from BFL like half year ago, and i still don't have it so i think it was not a good decision

Yeah I almost ordered one a few months ago, but then saw how long everyone else had been waiting...
