Is it possible mining them at the same time?

I could not make them work at the same time,
Is this possible to do? or I'm just wasting my time

Of course possible. I use mixed 470 and 480 also 580 with mixed mem 4/8GB. Only need to set each card on miner.

How do I do that?
I use Claymore and I really have no idea how to set it up for the two cards

What is your card exactly? And tell me what error that you get.
Is your card on crossfire enable?

ROG-STRIX-RX580-O8G-GAMING and ROG-STRIX-RX480-O8G-GAMING
I think none has crossfire
I do not get an error, just start mining with the rx 580

Claymore should detect both card and mine with both of them at same time, and no need to configure.
I really dont understand "I could not make them work at the same time", you still not try it both?
Just plug in both card and check if there is error.

Yes, I already tried with both cards and only mine with the rx 580
Maybe it's a problem with the model of the cards?

Ah I forgot about that.
Right click my computer >> property >> advanced system setting >> device installation setting >> click no >> save changes.
Then click device manager >> right click your GPU >> uninstall device >> click delete the driver.
Shift + click restart >> then go to safe mode >> use DDU there >> restart.
Instal your driver (i use blockchain) and then wait till it deteck both of your card.
patch it using atiadmpatch and then restart.
