https://www.popultrade.com/, PopulTrade ICO is not going very well. As stated in OP:
In case ICO is unsuccessful and tokens are not issued you are not eligible for payment.
In case ICO will be successful we will update stakes and distribute PCP tokens.
I've talked to PopulTrade team, they will post official announcement/report after ICO will ended and I will share it here.
This post unofficial announcement just to update you and to inform you about situation, so you can stop working for nothing. Sorry for all the inconveniences and thank you for your understanding.
