Hi,

I've just downloaded the official wallet clients for BTG and BTX and now I want to claim my free Bitcoin Gold and Bitcore coins with my private keys.

But before doing that I want to make sure if I have to move my Bitcoins to another wallet first before importing my private keys?  Huh

I'd rather not send it to a new address because I have to pay 44$ network fee  Huh by sending it to another wallet in Exodus (shapeshift)

Thanks

AlSai

I used this guide to view my BTG balance and was able to transfer it to another Coinomi wallet from where I will start any other BTG transaction.

Ok, and how about the Bitcore (BTX) will that be added as well?

On Steemit they say

"make sure to move your Bitcoin to a new address where you control the private key, before using the "old" private key for your Bitcore. This is a simple security measure."

https://steemit.com/crypto-news/@xwerk/bitcore-btx-guide-the-2nd-snapshot-for-btc-hodlers-free-btx-or-how-it-works

Can we safely import our private keys into Bitcore-QT wallet ?

I found online a PDF on how to use BTX with Coinomi, I will tell you if I find something useful.
