I'm thinking about putting five 5870's on an asrock extreme 6 board

Board: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157295&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-_-pla-_-Intel+Motherboards-_-N82E16813157295&gclid=CIL67rCX9rcCFQWk4AodBVcAJA

Ribbon: http://compare.ebay.com/like/181151058265?var=lv&ltyp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar

My question is will using an x1 to x16 riser cable impact the kh/s i'm getting per card? or just the card that is on the riser.
Also should I get a powered? Also can anyone tell me a good cheap board that can handle five cards or is mine it?

I use x1 to x16 on many cards and it has zero impact on hashrate
