Kraken alternatives? (Kraken sucks!)

Hi,

I have a tier 3 verified acc. on Kraken. I've made some deposits just to try them after reading good comments about them.

But their service is down about %80 percent of the time. I'm constantly getting 502/504 errors and I cant even login. Trading is nearly impossible. You get errors all the time and withdraw page is not active most of the time.

I tried to sell my BTX for some ETH, after confirming the order, I get an error (a red bar appears when there's an error but had no text in it) so I tried again and got an error again. This time it had text something like "There may be an error about your order.."

Then I refreshed the page just to see that they actually took the orders and now I have twice much ETH than I want which I can't even sell because trading is not working at all!

This is really crazy how this kind of service can have good reputation.

Do you know another exchange which doesn't gives you cancer?

It doesn't happen every day but from time to time usually, when there is a trend with the Bitcoin price so a lot of people are using the website at the same time, the server becomes very busy. I don't know why but it's true that since about a week it's almost every day, usually, I see those error once or twice a month. I had the case where I placed 4 times the same order

Just get out of Kraken...

I moved my funds to Bittrex and I'm very happy now. Plus, you can trade A LOT MORE altcoins.

I just need more skills at trading... lol

Yeah, Bittrex is one of the best exchanges. But due to their new KYC policy, you woll have to submit your documents for verification. But since you are verified on Kraken, there should be no problem to do it on Bittrex. One difference from Kraken that you can't trade with fiat on Bittrex. But I don't know, do you need for it.
In past Kraken was really great exchange, but due to often downtime it's become hard to use it.
