You make it sound like you want a website, but the mention of "activity posts", along with your name/signature makes me believe you are looking to launch an ICO thread here on Bitcointalk and wonder if you can make it yourself as a "new member" (?).
You should try to be a lot more concise and detailed in your query, perhaps even also in the Subject of the thread...
If you are in fact launching an ICO, then you will need a higher forum rank to "unlock" some features, like putting images in your post.
It should be fairly easy to hire someone to post it for you, perhaps also manage it.
