Hdac delayed bounty payment but not so much (if they pay this week). Lately, this is common to wait for months for bounty. I think this is only our fault. Because we bounty hunters don't speak in this same language sometimes. There is no solidarity between hunters, only greed and selfishness. All bounty campaigns deal with a scam. There are always hundreds of scam entries despite that BTT staff closes countless alt accounts daily. I think bounties will not last much longer and already the payout is reduced to 10% from what it was 2 years ago. I don't want to say that we should be happy that we get paid at all but this is the reality today with bounty campaigns.

If they still report they activity than this is probably a bot and should be reported to the moderator using report button with a proper description that moderator could act properly.

I don't think so but if you have some hard proves that this account is a spammer or abuses forum rules in any other way, then you can add this when reporting using "report button" and they will check this for sure. Just add all links or what you have found and that's it.
