as the thread's topic say , its bitscommunity , not a project , just only like share or contribute with donate some GAS to dev and you will receive the token
so what will grow the market? no investor , no contributor , no even projects/roadmap/whitepaper as shown or describe.

Maybe I am wrong, however "crypto people" already have a community - it is named bitcointalk? What will be your core difference? One more time, I beg pardon if misunderstood the idea of the project.
