Does anybody know why mSigna permanently is disconnecting from peers after being connected for two or three minutes just letting me download only 90 blocks each connect?

Is it configured not correctly? Is it buggy? Or is it simly the way it works?

To demonstrate what the interruption looks like, I linked a screenshot:
