My bitcoin transaction has been stuck for more than 12 hours now : https://blockchain.info/tx/1f15ef9777583192ae469a961f63d2d9be57d0d7524740ab7eb10206efd75e0a

Whats the best option? There is not enough BTC so i can't double spend. I have permission of receiver to withdraw funds if required because the receiver is still waiting for 1 confirmation.

I am no expert but I think after some time it will slowly get through. This is of course if your fee isnt too low which looking at it should be fine. I would get another opinion somebody who has more expertise with xfers.

I think you need to give it some time, If it doesn't go through just contact the seller/buyer and hash things out.

Have you tried dropping it into a transaction accelerator? That should help out with the confirmation, especially if you put too little as the fee for sending the amount. Did you use a custom fee when you were sending? If you did and you tried to use the same fees that you used some time in the past, you should note that the fees range with how many transactions need to be confirmed, how many other people are sending confirmations, what the current fee is, etc.

This area is up for grabs! PM me if you're interested.

The fee is definitely on the low side especially now that the fess have gone out of control, you will probably need to wait 20 to 25 hours for your transaction to confirm, now there are some wallets that allow you to change the fee of a transaction after the fact, you could try that or you could try to use the services of bitcoin transaction accelerators.

You just used so low fees on the transaction, you need to pay more fees if you want your transaction to go through smoothly, and at the moment the whole system for the fees is so high, so i would not be paying or sending payments to anyone right now, because fees are over $7 each one and this is pretty high, it was much more expensive yesterday but it is still expensive if you think about it.
Just go to the service section and ask some of those guys who are accelerating the tx to accelerate yours, but it will cost you a few bucks.

With the current network condition what is happening to your transaction is normal. There are a lot of transaction with higher fees that have not confirmed even in more than 12 hours.
Now there are 90000 unconfirmed transactions.

BTC pending take too much time.I faced this problem and also take too much fee to make a tx fee. This is very annoying.I don't know when this problem will be solved. I am worried I made a tx 2 days ago and still pending Sad

You sent with a 110.324 sat/B fee which is way too low with the network congestion right now. https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ suggests 780 sat/B.

Your wallet is using too low a fee, either use a better wallet like Electrum with the high fee option or set your fee manually.

Meanwhile you can use the transaction accelerator at https://pool.viabtc.com. They only allow so many uses per hour. If you create a free account you should be given a handful of free accelerations.

Your fee would be decent if the situation was not like this...
Average fee according to fork.lol now:

Your fee is half of the average, so you need to accelerate somehow.
You can try ViaBTC:
https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
Try at full hour, first few transactions are accelerated, and it's free.

some wallets like electrum allow you to pay extra fees (child pay for parent something like that), you can double spend paying more fees or you can use a push tx

Recently saw new article that there 700 million US dollars worth of stuck transactions. This is why in my mind we need to update BTC protocol, this is not normal for BTC to evolve.

I got the chill yesterday when my payment was delayed too and was later informed that there was a lockdown on the blockchain! Really outrageous! Informed that someone bought 10000btc dat put a lockdown on the transaction chain. Heard someone had to even pay a 35$ transaction fee to clear out a 100$ payment! Hmmn... This is technology, they say, a lockdown on transaction shouldn't be happening at this stage. Well, I got my payment in about 48hours, this can be better and I hope it is looked into to avoid a future crack down.

For some days now, there has been a huge issue with the confirmation of transactions in the blockchain, due to some heavy purchase of bitcoin, this will be resolved soon.

You paid only $2,50 for the fees of that transaction, this is so far less than the average for transactions to get confirmed at the moment. it is not going to get confirmed if you dont ask for help on the service section on this forum, or at least, if you are not a miner, you are not going to be able to proccess that transaction as soon as possible. Better to put more than five dollars per transaction, otherwise, they will get stuck for more than ten hours, just like it happened now with yours.
Be careful with that

It's advisable that people input higher transaction fee or else their transactions are going to get stuck for a very long time, you can go the services sub forum here am sure that there are lots people who are offering their services which confirms stuck transactions.

I think this time you have to be patient waiting for a few hours, because currently bitcoin is maintance, and that is the influence of hard fork, so I suggest you transaction after hard fork.
because after hard fork, bitcoin returns to normal and you only need to update the app to make your transactions smooth.

It got stuck maybe because there are now a lot of transactions going on. If you pay a higher fee it can go way faster than paying the normal fee. Your transaction will eventually be completed, but i think that it will take some time. This is normal, because sometimes i had it also. I recently bought something from steam with bitcoins, but it the transaction took very long, but in the end the game came after my transaction was completed. So you need to wait for a bit.

Since there was a massive change of mind by the users, they exchanged their BTC to Bcash and I think they are going back by now. And that is what making transactions slow I guess. Be patient a bit.
