download the wallet at that address if it says the same download the block chain had the same issue when I upgraded

Close bitgem-qt
Delete everything but the wallet.dat and bitgem.conf files in the AppData folder.
Open bitgem-qt

Problem should be fixed.

There are several P.O.S. clone coins that have this wallet. It just means that your blockchain is out of sync and you need to wait for it to download.

That is the fix. The lastest update has more  checkpoints so the blockchain needs to be redownloaded. Normally the warning wont affect anything but it is a good idea to sync with the checkpoints
