Is there an official announcement thread? The idea is meh but could work if there's enough community support within the existing videogamers network (youtube channels, etc), otherwise it will be limited to crappy little games nobody would otherwise play.
Yes, it is and you can find the announcement thread of the reffereum at the ann section of altcoin, but i must say about the refereum is not a transparent project. They are hiding the result of the per-sale and not a lot of people are interested with it. You can see the hype is too small. I don't think that will be raised a lot of money.
