初次购买数字货币，需要用人民币购买。

希望能得到各位大师指点，使用火币网或者okex购买的数字货币能存在自己的冷/热钱包吗？之后卖出可以选择其他的交易平台吗，比如localbitcoins， 或者coinbase？
