The secure way is using some trusted like AnonX or myself, or some other OTC/Trusted user!

I recently got scammed for 700USD where the guy did a fraudulent chargeback on me.

Risks...no risks....risk implies a likelihood than there could be multiple outcomes. The words you are looking for is "guaranteed loss". That is what is going to happen to you if you accept Paypal for your bitcoins from many people on here.

Be very careful with your money.

(I know there are people on here that conduct Paypal transactions honestly, but this member has 5 posts, and I am just trying to really drill the potential risk it into his/her awareness.)

Your right, but what is needed is an instant pay type of system for fiat to btc.

What waiting 3-5 banking business days for ACH sucks.

Is there any system that allows for instant purchase of btc?
