Sorry guys.  Haven't had a chance to update the thread.

And no, I wasn't starting an auction with this thread. :S

The Jalapeno sold for $2600.  Had an offer of $3k cash, face-to-face, but the guy wasn't close enough.

Seems kinda crazy to me, but I'm not complaining.  Cheesy

Unrelated: anyone know if there will be a group buy of BFL chips that I can use my chip credits in?

Edit:  And for the record, I included the coffee cup for free as well. :p

I believe it, You'd have to spend that much on cards to get 5 Ghs, plus all the trouble.  But I really fell sorry for these guys if BTC takes the route that gold has taken.  With cards you can just build gaming rigs and sell them and get your money back.  With a black box, it's a paperweight.  I have the money to do this, but it's not.  I'm moving my cards to litecoin as soon as a finish up enough BTC to cash them out using paypal.  $250.

Cards are the best option ... you can get your money back ,no matter what ...
Some people are just crazy....  pay all this money for one black box that may stop working ...

I'm selling one for BTC20 obo if anyone is interested.  Best offer so far has been BTC16, which was close but not good enough.

One of my Co-workers just sold his to a guy in Hong kong for $3,500.00.  He was one of the lucky ones that pre-ordered from BFL Jul - Aug of 2012.  Thats the main reason I started resaearching about Bitcoin.  Didn't know about the craze bitcoin had! Shocked
