Deleted transaction from blockchain

Hello everyone.

I have a transaction that was deleted from the blockchain.  it was sent from Gatehub wallet.  While waiting for confirmations, it simply deleted the hash and no record of the transaction.  The account I sent to never received also.  I have all screenshots to back my claims.

The transaction will be 'cancelled' automatically if it has been left unconfirmed for a while. Try resending it with a higher fee once you make sure that it really is gone.

My gatehubwallet was not credited.....  the money is in an inknown location because its not ont the blockchain.  No answer from gathub......  so send the same amount from the same wallet?  Im worried after the last one locking up.

I have encountered your issue a weeks ago and i just report it immediately to customer support and thanks god they have refund.
I gave them the transaction hash. Try to contact the customer support maybe they can help you.

This is an issue with a Ripple service. You won't find much in the way of answers here.
