Sell it as soon as you see price 10% higher than your entry price because I think it won't have a future ahead of it. Unlike BCH it's development is not well planned and it is a makeshift fork that didn't really contributed a good new feature to fork version. Still, it got potential to grow up more so hold it tight for now. It would be a waste to not get some profit from your money, it would be a waste to sell instantly.

Before investing, you need to start gathering information. If you collected information you would not invest in BTG. If you want to buy something similar to BITCOIN, buy BITCOINCORE #BTX. This is fork for April 2017.

I don't think there is any future for bitcoin gold. You can either sell now or wait for a pump, and then sell. I wouldn't recommend holding long term.

Once you see profit, even just for a little then take it already then run away as far as you can. 
Dont ever come back.
It might end up the same with those coins that are just being pumped for whales to make money but not us who have just a little of it.

And if you are looking into a good investment, I suggest getting into a crypto which has a solid project behind. Those are the people you would like to be friends with.

The bitcoin gold price is heavily falls everyday i don't think it will recover from the price fall.The current value of the BTG is $160 i don't know the price of BTG when you bought,if the two prices are same or nearly equal you just better sell it and invest it on bitcoin or bitcoin cash.Or you bought the bitcoin gold at high price then you just hold it for little more time maybe the price of BTG also pumps as bitcoin cash does,if nothing happens then you just have to accept your loss buddy.

you have made a dangerous investment my friend. mainly because of two things: 1. you say you "heavily" invested 2. bad timing.

i have said before that in long term because of mining, BTG can gain some good traction and come to the top of the lists with a nice sustaining pump.
but it is a risky move to go in big time, specially now that the mining was started recently and many bitcoin holders will start dumping their BTG as the blocks start to be mined. that means possibility of a big drop. based on this, your timing was bad.

I'm not sure why you're heavily invested in Bitcoin Gold if you have to ask all these questions. You should know where it's going. If you do not have an idea of where the price is going and you did not do your research then just invest in BTC, Bitcoin. You will never lose with that, you will always profit every year. BTG is just another forkcoin that is bound to fail as it's all speculative.

The future of bitcoin gold, no body care about BTG, as you can see the network launch just atract a little percentages from the crypto users, I can say you can try to move from bitcoin gold and put all of your amount into the bitcoin. The future will not bright as the bitcoin itself.

BTG or Bitcoin Gold for me has a very good future because it is a hard fork of Bitcoin last October. Like Bitcoin Cash, it can be pumped anytime if Bitcoin Gold is supported by a number of crypto miners and a group of investors or so called Whale Investors that could take a retail investments that could lead into pumping.
I still believe that Bitcoin Gold in the future will attract more investors and miners not today but hopefully next year.
