Two days ago, November 13 (GMT +8), Philippines was honored to be the Chairman of 31st ASEAN Summit. Delegates and World Leaders talked about something... uhm, unusual.

What if, if and only if, one of their topic was about Crypto over Fiat Currency? Was that a good thing? Why? Why not?
