Coins-E is now a fully functional exchange with over 15 coins already listed. I have carefully automated the process of adding new coins. So as new coins come up, the exchange has the capability to launch the coin very small time frame. We are also comprehending various products around crypto-coins for reducing miner risks and more.

We will also be releasing the trade API very soon.
Do check out the exchange.
Your ideas and suggestions are welcome Smiley

29/06/2013: Coins-E Upgraded.
  • Instant withdrawals
  • Faster order processing
  • Over 15 more coins added since launch

Don't hold your feeds until your trade API is done. I didn't join yet but at a glance it looks pretty nice.

Great, though the color is a bit bland. Maybe add an option for a 'night' theme?

Thanks a lot for the Online Real- Weed- Infinite- Coins Web Wallet

Great Job Dood

Don't use an exchange as an online wallet, especially one that just opened and is run by a veritable stranger in the community. Use the search box from the forum home to search "mybitcoin". One of the biggest names and faces in BTC at the time, Bruce Wagner, was fairly well liked and trusted by the community. He supposedly was complicit in making off with what would now be, well, let's see...~50k coins, give or take 10k, at say, $120...fucking MILLIONS. Of course, he could be 6' deep in the desert and those coins could be lining some gangster's pocket after he forced him into robbing everyone, though I must say it's way more likely he is balls deep in a little boy in Pattaya.

Suggest you do a promotion or quickly take on as many coins not on cryptsy as you feel comfortable with so you have something unique and hopefully some trades.

no one is trading???

I just put up some Emerald, Rich, and Zen coins.

Exchange works well though it takes about 30 seconds or so atm from the time you place a sell order to it being 'accepted', then listed as an order.

If you like my post please feel free to give me some positive rep https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=18639

By starting the dump this low you are snatching others chances. Plz raise the price a little as I said. I also don't think its worth that much but putting on a higher price makes the value go down at slower rate.

Please change the site format so we can see at a glance in the sidebar what balances/trades we have listed without having to select each coin from the drop down individually.

One problem noted, is that the digits are not properly designed for Infinitecoin (IFC), you should probably treat the trade in K-IFC (1000 IFC), because now the sell order already to your lowest digit, lol  Smiley

Warning to you guys, this site has sloppy security protocols. I could steal funds from this site right now if I wanted to because it has holes in it's security (I am not referring to the lack of https, although that is something else which is not good enough imo).

In case you guys think I am bashing/troll, cryptsy is fine when I checked it for these vulnerabilities at launch.

So contact the owner to help him secure the gaps, or are you just waiting for some fool to deposit a shitload of coin in there? I don't think pointing out the obvious - that a brand new trading platform will have some kinks to work out - is very helpful, and is more than likely harmful.

OP, run some kind of special. Like, 'For every new account, you will be awarded X.XXXXX of 'Coin'. *No duplicate IPs or Proxies allowed!*

Might draw more attention.

I agree, darken the theme. We cryptocoin enthusiasts are easily wounded by bright themes.

um

Why should I trade there...

Were is the information about how the site is secured?
What is the company behind it?
Is there an address?
Who are the employee's and why should I trust them?
Are there multiple servers in separate locations?
How often are off site backups?
What do you use against ddos attacks?
How are the servers physically secured?

I got my coins after a few hours. Not sure if automatic withdrawal is working though, seems like it was a manual thing.

Any chances of adding support or considering coins that 'deserve' to be on an exchange ?

I will not even ask for coins I am personally developing /or are the developer since Cinnamon Coin was supported by coins e .....

I will always be greatful to Coins-E for keeping Cinnamon Coin listed even while it is currently only proof of stake but I have a new client in final stages of testing to jumpstart the network with activity again.

My Suggestions:

1)  Blake Coin is up for consideratoin. Blake coin is certainly mature and secure at 9 months running with average network rate between 1 and 2 terrahash , I have written a lot about the benefits of blake 256 so I won't repeat here.

2) Simple Inflation Coin

btc english forum thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?PHPSESSID=fhfogsq68mludm4ip82ar2c8c0&topic=240894.0;all

the Russian thread is here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=240884.0

Sic is over 1 year running and if it had never been launched you would have never seen Quark, Secure Coin or the countless copies of multi algorithm coins Simple Inflation Coin has inspired.  I cpu and now gpu mine a little SIC every week faithfully and still not easy to hit a block.

Difficulty peaked last october when there was speculation and rumor BTCE was going to add the coin and again when at my request the developers of the multi algorithm miner SG Miner were kind enough to add it a few months ago.  I sent them some coins (a small variety for their kind work and hope others did too)

This coin deserves to be on every exchange out of the brilliance of it's design and what the scene owes it alone plus I think it an excellent long term distribution model that does not favor any centralization or large mining operators.  With 10 minute blocks and 1 coin per block plus a subsidy based on how high difficulty is the blockchain was about 108k tall last i checked so this is an infinite but controlled supply of coin and makes sense in many ways.

3)  Riecoin   - This is well known , biggest drawback of riecoin is a majority of the mining is ypoll which currently hits most blocks and is closed source but the developer is really active and sharp.  I don't know him personally other than just to exchange a few ideas in his forum and such but he is well head of a lot of other developers.  He has his client working of the bitcoin 9.2 development tree.
Not many people can say that and new mining to support strantum to allow others to run pools and spread the mining around are in development. Riecoin is supported on many other exchanges now. It is certainly superior to primecoin in that it does not have an infinite supply and offers a fixed supply of coins over the long term.

4) iX Coin , (Yes I am on the board of the iX foundation) I strongly support iX in the long term since it has been around several years, paid it's dues, has the security and network hash rate others dream of since merge mined with bitcoin.  There are currently many things in development for iX including counterparty support and an updated client currently on the 8.x codebase of bitcoin to be on the 9.2 platform with all the new features. iX is well supported on other exchanges including some big players and while mining is set to cease this fall the coin is not going to die  but if anything become more mainstream.  Other plans are in the works for payment systems and things but iX certainly should be on every exchange.

Thanks for consideration.
