Try calling them up and see if they can solve it online itself as mail may time some time till the resolution is provided. Also why don't you sell on the forum which could be quick and easy from the reputed member who want to deal.
Selling to forum members involve revealing your info to some random person also they do not offer good price
Well people ideally do not sell on exchanges due to the reveal of the KYC with this exchanges. So people avoid trading on this exchanges and also govt will come back on this exchanges so any way your data is going to be revealed to them anyhow.
