Respecting customers involves investing some money in a decent translation, to avoid that "solo 4 izquierda" gem that is like saying "correct horse battery staple". Damn, according to your quoted post, you even failed to properly capitalize the first word and add a full stop at the end!

You don't have to speak every single language, it's OK. But, please, do not say that your Spanish is bad. "Izquierda" is taught the second week in a Spanish class. You don't speak Spanish at all, but again, don't worry about that.

The problem is that you're not trying. I offered you my help and you rejected it (and you even didn't say thanks when I gave you the correct translation).
