in your WitePaper you write that Cottagecoin will distribute dividends to the token holders. How do you plan to do this, as long as you do not understand the receipt scheme with ICO, except by growing the token on the exchange.

I do not like ICOs about housing, I even hate it. they do not have successful projects and they lose money to their investors.  That is why it is very important to do due diligence. What makes this project is that this company has some history. They already have acquired land to build on. |
