Honestly, start by finding the best paying job you can.  Work more than one job if you can. 

Invest on crypto once you saved some...and note that it won't happen overnight.

I think you can try to join in some signature bounty campaign and get some tokens as your seed investment. The key thing is you should choose a promising project that have a signature bounty.

Making rich has no shortcut you have to work hard before you will succeed start to joining earning opportunity like bounty campaigns if you have no money to invest its the best way to make money in this forum you need to work hard to earn.

Go out there, find a ANY job and when you make some money, use a small sum of that money to make a small investment on an altcoin that will give you a quick burst of profit. Altcoins like Lite, Dash, Waves or even BCash will probably help. And then when you sell and make more, put a nice sum of that into BTC and HODL for a few years.

Sounds easy doesnt it? Well it's not im afraid. Focus and be cautious!

Okay first of all, stop listening to your friends cause thats absurd.
Second of all, not everyone here is a millionaire.

Why don't you start with a bounty campagne? And learn more about crypto, how it works, what it is etc.

I don’t have answer for people who wants to be millionaire in overnight yes bitcointalk or other similar platform giving opportunity to earn some decent passive income or even you can make full time job . But you have to work hard some times you will not be payed off for your hard work that is also you need to accept.
