Your Roadmap is good for it inludes the almost two years of planned action to be done, the coin will be added (as per roadmap) to trading exchange by December of 2017 and after a year it will be added to an stock exchange. Just be sure the plans will be carried out to the last date on the road map or much better ahead of that time frame.

I took a glance at MatrixCoin's future plans at their site. The way they are implementing things step by step is commendable.
I also saw some people here asking about making team members public. I think it would be taking a step in the wrong direction if the creators of matrix coin decide to make their members public. Its better if they operate the way they are right now.
