What are people's thoughts on how much volume has moved through these 2 coins in the last few days.

I read some articles about exchanges shutting down and potential manipulation, it has all looked pretty sketch I won't lie.

I know this is quite an unregulated industry, sometimes the community can help 'police' or look after itself - we don't always need baby sitters.
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the world, and lose his own soul?
