So i sent my BTC from multibitHD to Electrum, the fee on Multibit was 0.0001 so i sent everything i had and subtracted 0.0001 as fee.
Now its been almost 24 hours where the Electrum Wallet says Low Fee and on the bottom the amount i sent in brackets with unconfirmed next to it.
Is there anyway to fix this? I've read somewhere that low fees cause this, but that was the fee multibit said i used.

Thanks in advance.

First thing to do is to post the tx so people can check and give you more info.
One direction is to accelerate your transaction. This can be done either by yourself at https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ in the first second after each hour if the fee is more than  0.0001BTC/KB. Or you can search and ask others to accelerate, some do it for free.
Another direction is to make the transaction again and add a bigger fee, but it's not so easy - I personally don't know how to do that.

Edit: some more options for accelerating your tx: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2204426 and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2392715
