Looking at the Crypto market caps, the Lemmings seem to think disaster has been averted in Greece. That's almost as comical as California and Illinois coming up with a plan they can stick to. First of all, even if Greece could agree to a plan that produces a billion dollar a year surplus, they would still be paying on these loans for the next 320 years. That doesn't include interest. Of course it's expected that the EU will write off some of this debt to save the Euro, and keep Greece in the bankrupt economies club. I guess someone has to lose at the casino, but who will agree to be the chump? Germany is the only major country running a budget surplus. Latvia is the only other country using the Euro that has a surplus, maybe they will come to the rescue? Sorry to be pessimistic, but I believe a hard look at the numbers will bring more disagreement between Greece and the EU creditors. If you consider how few countries actually run a surplus, it's pretty ridiculous to believe Greece might become one of them... Funny they called it the MECometer http://mecometer.com/topic/budget-surplus-deficit/Go Megacoin!http://www.valuewalk.com/2015/01/greece-default-odds/Pretty strong odds even for Vegas. "The gamblers watching the Greek election have spoken, and they see the potential for a Grexit. The odds of Greece leaving the Euro currency is 4 to 1, according to gambling web site Paddy Power. The betting web site thinks Greece leaving the Euro before 2018 is the most likely of all results it is handicapping. The betting site says the odds are 7 to 1 that the European Commission confirms that Greece has ‘defaulted’ on debt in 2015, assumedly debt default as determined by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA). ISDA declared the government of Argentina in default of its bond obligations last summer, a rare but increasingly common issue. Greece: As negotiations progress, watch to see if investors take a haircut Those close to the situation are going to be carefully watching negotiations, as the key issue to watch will be if Greece can force bond investors into a haircut rather than just re-structuring its debt over a longer period of time. The negotiations are expected to become a template for other troubled sovereign nations in Europe, with Spain, Portugal and Italy closely watching to see if Greece can have portions of its debt simply forgiven."

I have been retired from Megacoin for some time but since people have been asking. For the record, Dr. Kimoto Chan won't be coming back to Megacoin. Dr. Kimoto Chan is no longer developing for Megacoin. Megacoin users have always been free to do as they please.

Any news on your secret project you were working on? Do you have others you will pass your work on to? Nice to finally hear from you at long last, but at least we know for certain what future this coin will hold. This coin has some potential, would be nice if it can still continue with development.

Action picking up again. Bargain prices, and a fiat crisis. Cheap MEC is drying up fast. If you want a substantial amount, prices are considerably higher. Bet we see another rally soon. 美卡币MEC0.268+20.2%

Wash, rinse, repeat at higher price levels... We are close to 'half time'

We have done very well to be in the top 30 without any new releases to megacoin yet...... half will be massive for us, then new projects and more exchanges will help us grow even more. Still a great time to get in people, dont forget we had a $25+ million marketcap back on the bitcoin rally and any smart person should of seen megacoin follow bitcoin on the small run it had rtecently so buy up while you can. Check it out for yourself...... http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/megacoin/#chartsWe are going back, we always follow bitcoin. snakey

I feel sorry for anyone that hasn't figured it out yet. Basically the entire world is bankrupt. Debt is up 40% since 2008, and there is no way to print our way out of it this time. It's a joke to think Greece can ever pay back any portion of the $320 billion they owe. It even funnier to look at the over $200 trillion debt the USA owes. There are only a few countries that are't in the same situation. Once the collapse starts there will be no way to stop it. Previous highs for Bitcoin and Megacoin will seem like bargains. Guys like Tim Draper that say Bitcoin will eventually hit $10,000 are likely quite conservative. https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/grexit-likely-imf-ecb-push-greece-far-will-witness-bank-run/https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=XbZ8zDpX2Mg&app=desktop

It would show up on blockr.io or bitinfocharts, you just need to look at transactions from your wallet ID, or to the Cryptsy wallet.

Same wallet on two different computers is not a good idea. Wallet conflicts can occur easily. Think about this simplified scenario: You have 4 different public addresses, each of which received 1000 MEC You then send a transaction from one wallet / computer of 2000 MEC. Only the wallet you send from knows which inputs you used (not technically true, but for the way bitcoin related wallets currently work it is true). You then go to the other wallet / computer and send 2000 MEC but this wallet uses one or both of the same inputs as the outgoing transaction from the other wallet. It will give you a transaction id as that is created client side. However this second transaction will never be accepted or confirmed on the block chain as the inputs have already been used / spent (double spend). It can be complicated to recover from this scenario as your wallet/s think the coins have been spent. Sometimes you will need to dump the private keys and re-import into a new wallet which will then do a totally new scan on the block chain to restore your wallet to its 'real' balance.

This is just the beginning. We are up slightly on BTC38, but I expect as the news sinks in we will see a very broad rally across the board. These coins are still dirt cheap. The DOW should take a big hit, because it's the most artificially inflated. Nowhere to go when interest rates are already zero. 2013 was a practice run, this is the real thing. $72 billion is chump change these days... Next! http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2015/06/29/puerto-rico-debt-crisis-default/29458475/

Nice MEC trading volume on btc38.com today. Support seems to be meticulously building up underneath recent highs. I'd surely choose MEC over the Euro today, but that is just my opinion.
