Well, I hate Hardware wallets too! I think they are all worthless crap...

The best thing in my opinion, is to use extreme low tech to make sure crypto's are safe. (Read; Paperwallet with offline PC)

Sorry I cannot help you out.

Unless you have your seed at hand you won't get forward easily. Is your problem OS related or your trezor broke down? If OS, you can try to hook your trezor up to your mobile via a micro USB-micro USB OTG cable and set it up with mycelium, it can handle trezor's wallet. If your trezor broke down, you will need the word list (seed) to restore your wallet. More details, please, if possible.

You have pin issues? If you have the seed words but forgot your pin you can simply restore the device (first you will need to wipe it):

Here's how: https://doc.satoshilabs.com/trezor-user/recovery.html

Your funds should be totally safe as long as you have your words.

Alternatively, try twitter, they are pretty active there, at least to get their attention. https://twitter.com/TREZOR

It's hard to decipher what you're talking about from your post, but I'll go through the possibilities:

1.  If you've lost your seed or didn't write it down, your funds are irrecoverable.  Try to find it, and if you can't, they're lost.

2.  If you've lost your PIN, you can recover the TREZOR device from your seed.

3.  If your TREZOR won't start, contact TREZOR support.  They allow returns if you've bought it recently.  My experience is that they're relatively quick to respond (although that was from earlier in the year when there was less hype).
The best thing in my opinion, is to use extreme low tech to make sure crypto's are safe. (Read; Paperwallet with offline PC)
Hardware wallets serve a different purpose.  They're typically used for security when people are spending regularly, especially for less technical users.  It's difficult to do this with paper wallets since you'd have to sweep it every time.

If you have lost the seed, there may be a way to retrieve your coins if there are a lot of them making this worthwhile to do, and your firmware version is an older version, this guy got his coins back that way:

https://www.wired.com/story/i-forgot-my-pin-an-epic-tale-of-losing-dollar30000-in-bitcoin/

If the firmware is below 1.5.2, that will help you.

DO NOT RESTORE/ERASE IT WITHOUT THE SEED, DO NOT UPDATE the firmware, and if its below firmware 1.5.2, contact the writer of that article to get some help with it, as they are most likely retrievable via an exploit which pulls the private keys from the trezors RAM, IF:

1.if you have forgotten the pin,
2.lost the seed,
3. the firmware is below 1.5.2,
4. you have physical possession of the wallet.
5. Seed Passphrase protection is disabled

All 4 of these mean your trezor is exploitable to give up its seed via an exploit. If this is the case, then contact the writer of that article who could put you in touch with the guy who helped him do it, for a bounty he would probably help you.

I have studied this exploit HEAVILY, and it is a valid working exploit, but you only get one shot at it, as it wipes the trezor while preserving its RAM with a custom exploited firmware being flashed, yes before firmware 1.5.2 it loads its master seed into RAM, unencrypted.

If you have the seed, you can restore it to trezor, to a ledger wallet which i prefer to trezor, or into electrum to access your funds, but this is not as secure as using a hardware wallet! The seed means you need not go through this rigmarole.

This is the only way you will get your coins back without the seed or getting the wallet to open, and if the firmware is 1.5.2 or higher, the coins are gone im afraid, you must store the seeds so carefully.

The above is why I use ledger over trezor/keepkey, due to the secure enclave, but if it helps you get lost coins back, you might as well use it. This is not FUD or a scam post, its a genuine exploit, the wired writer there has a video of him recovering $30k of coins with it.

Barring this, find your written master seed, or remember the PIN/get the wallet open, and never store all your fortune in a single wallet. You can import the seed into electrum, checking the BIP option checkbox, this will not be as secure mind as its now on your PC, but will give you access to your funds if you need it if the trezor is defective, but move them to another hardware/paper wallet with multiple copies, pronto.

Have you lost the PIN? you can recover it easily only that you need to write over your seed, i always have it on a paper, so i can always check it, and if i have any issues with my wallet i can easily recover the pin.
The trezor wallet has some issues, i really prefer the nano ledger because it has less bugs than this one, and that is probably the reason of why i dont like the trezor one (and it is much more expensive than the nano ledger)
I had one trezor in the past and it was very difficult to use compared to the ledger, but yes, it is safe, only that you require to write all the details that are given to you.

I've heard many negative comments about trezor wallet. why not MyEtherWallet do you use?
Probably because Trezor is a hardware wallet and MyEtherWallet is not. Or, do you mean that if you select the Ledger Nano S instead of Trezor, you can use your Ledger with MyEtherWallet? Both Trezor and Ledger has it's own method, how you can use it, if you connect it to a mobile wallet (e.g. Mycelium), there's no difference.

Yes the good news is that I have my seed password everything I have saved well.It is just that when I study how to restore the thing I can not find good information.I found a article about restoring from Multibit wallet but visiting that site they say they are out of business.I see that they have the wallet for download but I dont now want to restore with something that is discontinued or maybe now is not secure.
I am going to try to change the cable that it uses to connect by the usb connection on the computer maybe that is the problem because someone online was complaining about that.

If you have the seed words, then you'd probably be better off restoring from Electrum instead of MultiBit

You still haven't adequately explained what the issue with the Trezor actually is... is it not being detected when you connect it to the computer? does it not power on? did you lose your PIN?

In any case... have you tried looking at the very extensive Trezor documentation?
