If it has 12 confirmations, it is confirmed.  And looking it has 15 or more now.  Once it had 1 confirmation, it is confirmed.

What exactly were you trying to do?

It already has 18 confirmations so not much you can do.
And I don’t know what this “want to post a bigger transaction” means.

That'd only be possible if the transaction is unconfirmed. And unconfirmed means it has 0 confirmations.
When you posted the topic the transaction had 12 confirmations already. There's nothing you can do.

Once any transaction gets even 1 confirmation, it can't be reverted, double-spent or anything.
Well we learn from our mistakes but I can say that this a costly way to learn.

Once any transaction gets even 1 confirmation, it can't be reverted, double-spent or anything.

For the sake of completeness:
A transaction, theoretically, can be double spent after it already has been confirmed.
This, of course, needs quite a big % of the computing power of the network (PoW) and a bit of luck (depending on the computing power) to success.
In an aimed attack its even possible to "sacrifice" 1 self-mined block to "fake" 1 confirmation of a TX. This can be made without the TX getting confirmed "on the real network".
