This is right, don't just post the link of your whitepaper. It doesn't make any sense at all.
If you are serious on your project, you need to make efforts to have success in your hand.
Post the important details about it, like description, features, how does it work, roadmap and etc. so that even we didn't visit the website, we can have already the idea. Just by taking a look and read your post we are able to understand it.
