Bitcoin / Cryptocurrency Master & VISA cards which work in Canada & USA?

Hello guys,

I'm looking for any cryptocurrency VISA or Master card which works within Canada & USA.
Do you guys know any besides WageCan?
It looks like WageCan is the only one which verified to work in Canada however they have some problems with membership management.
I'm looking for as many options as possible. Please give me a list which proves to be working in Canada & US.

It looks like 90% of cards are now available to EU citizens only...
I'm no non-EU citizen living in Canada.

The cards themselves should work anywhere where Visa or MasterCard are accepted as for shipping/ordering the cards, then BitPay accept U.S citizens.

The majority of them don't ship outside of EU. Their card will work in US & Canada but if you don't have EU citizenship, they'll not ship it to you.

So far, WageCan, BitPay, OK Pay seem to ship to US.
