(Yes, I did search the forum before asking)

Under profile settings there's an option to show the "Patrol" link. It works.

But what is the Patrol?
Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Why do we have access to this?

I see this being helpful to mods only.

I'm assuming so users can report spammers and help the moderators.
