I guess the answer for my question would be a NO but Ray of hope always gives the light to move forward. Can we ever get the stolen bitcoins back ( I know once stolen they are gone forever, unless the scammer/ fraudster who stole becomes a saint over night and give it back

Well the answer is really NO, all you have to do when this thing happened to you is to move on and get another btc. In order to prevent this, you really have to secure your wallet well and be careful on clicking links so you will not end up loosing big money.

Can we ever get the stolen bitcoins back ( I know once stolen they are gone forever, unless the scammer/ fraudster who stole becomes a saint over night and give it back The question here is how these Scammers or hackers or "fraudsters" stolen your Bitcoins? Is it a false promise where they say that they will give it back in double or tripled amount and you just send it to them? If that happens, then the fault is not on the bitcoin wallet, but on you. Bitcoin wallets as far as I know is very secured unless you are giving out you private key to other people.

And that is all anyone can really do. You can maybe get the justice system involved, but it will take a while and it's not even guaranteed.

I guess the answer for my question would be a NO but Ray of hope always gives the light to move forward. Can we ever get the stolen bitcoins back ( I know once stolen they are gone forever, unless the scammer/ fraudster who stole becomes a saint over night and give it back Bitcoin transactions are irreversible though has transparency it will still be untraceable if it was stolen depending on the person who stole it from you. The sad reality is you can't get your Bitcoins back. Just serve it as a lesson learned. No! Scammers and fraudsters are doing it because of money so don't expect if they are going to give it back to you it might hurt you instead. Next time store your coins in a safe wallet or place that you yourself has the only access into it. If you were scammed by someone or any investment it reallly is your choice. Yes! Getting scammed is a choice and please don't be fooled by instant ROI, money doubler or a too good to be true investment plans because one day it might hit your funds and then disappear like nothing happened.

In my experience if the btc was lost in an exchange site it maybe lost but sometimes their are some mistakes in the withdrawal options. Espeically with low transactions because it needs another transaction or it has to be included in big transactions. Their are also rules that is often ignored that could lead to that losing of bitcoin.

Remember all transactions are included into the Blockchain, no matter if mixer services are used or not. We do not know what will happen in the future, we might see some improved forensic software being developed to trace all transactions and the thief who stole your coins might get caught or the mixer service might keep logs and these logs might end up in a raid by the authorities or the mixer service might be a law enforcement "honey trap".
So there is always hope that lost or stolen coins could be recovered. ^smile^

Any stealing will certainly be subject to criminal sanctions as it is one of the criminal acts, but if stolen is bitcoin will be quite complicated matters, the article bitcoin itself in some countries experiencing peculiarities, and to find the culprit will be difficult because the transaction is anonymous so it can not be traced The bitcoin flows.

When a mischievous person returns the stolen item, it is a remarkable thing and hard to find in any country. Honesty planted in hearts is the key to us not doing negative things and harming others.

No, we can't get it back. This is why being your own bank forces you to think more about security.

Once it has been transferred and confirmed by the miner then it's done. You can not get a refund of your stolen bitcoin.

Since you already know the answer to your question, why do you ask the question in the first place?
No, you cannot get them back, once transaction s made, coins re out of your wallet and that is it.

Absolutely big no. You might be aware that bitcoin is a decentralized currency. It is completely anonymous, thus it doesn' t leave any fingerprints/identity to let people track the direction. Just to remind you a tip, if you search btc address over google, may be it is used at forum profiles.
