There is no fucking way I'd ever pay $70 to send $500.

This is fucking stupid. 

I just can't help but think that the miners are manipulating the market in order to squeeze users.

I guess my Bitcoins are just going to not move.  Angry

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

unless your really need the money i don't think anyone will pay that huge amount of fee.  bitcoin fees has become really annoying these days i hope they listen to or voices and try to fix this problem otherwise it will affect bitcoin in a bad way

You can try to convert your bitcoin to altcoin just like dogecoin maybe.
and after that, convert again your dogecoin to bitcoin.  Grin
