It doesn't matter if your private key is your friends and there's no way for changing the private keys. You can easily create a new wallet with myetherwallet.com you only have to keep the private keys, you can print it on a plain paper so that it will be more secured. And after creating, just send the remaining coins you have on that wallet.

address and private key can not be replaced, I suggest you create a new address at www.myetherwallet.com and all your tokens sent to the new address. so only you alone have access to your address.

I can't understand but you mean to say that your private key was mistakenly owned by your others? How come that is possible? It's not possible to own the private keys that belongs to you as long as you are the only one that knows it.

Is someone tries to scam you and says that he/she owns the private keys you have?

There's no way to change the private keys, you can easily create a new wallet and generate new private keys.

Transfer every important ERC 20 tokens or all of it to the new one and keep your private keys for yourself only.

No way to change private keys for ethereum addresses i think. You can create a new ethereum adress for security. Transfer your important tokens to new adress. Thats what i did for security. Keep it safe.

Private key is not password to change it. Your private key is paired with your private key and it is impossible for that public key to pair with another private key. So you cannot change. Try to create a new address and keep its private key safe.

There are lots of pishing site and there been a thousands who are already been victims of it.
All you need to do to avoid this pishers is that go to the right adress and bookmark it so there's no way for you to go on other site like the MEW wannabe.
Also keep your private key safe from anyone and everyone because you and only you are the one responsible for your own security.

There's no way you can change your private key in MEW
All you need to do is create your new wallet it's easy to make new one. Just be careful from now on on handling your private key.

The best solution for that is to make another account on myetherwallet website, keep your private keys in a safe place do not give to anyone and do not click any link that saying you must update your mew wallet.

Unfortunately, unlike wallet password, your private key for your wallet can't be changed.
I don't know how it ended up with this, but I suggest you should open another account, because any cryptocurrency account that its private has been tampered with is quite unsafe.

Even if you got a chance to change it and you feel that it is safe, there is always a possibility of it been exposed.

They are so lazy to look for the site where they input their private keys and some other fool kids get caught by that obvious site, And hacking is the payment for their negligence and surely they will be learn to be watchful for that happenings. And as advise just grab the legitimate site and we should always check on every site we wish to log our important details especially with our very own private keys.

Sometimes our negligence is the reason why we being hacked because we carelessly input informations even it is already a phishing site. Asking on how to recognize? Just take a look only on the url. If you do see differences from the original site then don't enter any informations on it because it is a 100% phishing site.

Well yeah that's why we should bookmarked the legit one after we've use it. And I also read that there's a user here and he lost his maybe 10 eth in just a night and he said that before he transfer his eth he created a new wallet and transfer his eth to it. The catch here is the site where he created the wallet is a phishing site so his eth is like just gone in the wind.

Urgently create new wallet, get in touch with all the managers bounty and ask to change your wallet and transfer all your tokens to the new wallet. Otherwise there is a high probability that all of your tokens will go to another.

Its already been said on MEW that you should keep you private key on yourself and you and only are the responsible for your own security.
For the question your asking that If there is a chance to change your private key?
the answer is Its impossible to change your private.
Why would you change if you can create another wallet, just create a new one its the easiest solution for your problem.
