A businessman had 450 bitcoins in his laptop. Bitcoin gang kidnapped the businessman with his laptop. They used power and forced the businessman to transfer all the bitcoins to their account. Afterwards the businessman filed a criminal complaint to police against the gang. The police identified the members of the gang and a special group followed them in internet. While they kidnapped a new bitcoin owner the police organized an operation and catched them with their hands in the cookie jar. And also the police found tenths of mining equipments in their houses.
So the thread name is incorrect. It wasn't a bitcoin seizure but a kidnapping. Seizure is when the authorities are taking coins from someone, which in my dictionary equals theft. When you take property from someone you're stealing it but when the government does it it's a seizure
In this case it's actually a good thing because they caught the thieves and rescued the businessman. A seizure would mean bad news for crypto holders in Turkey.
