it's far from optimal fee, it's not even barely minimum. your tx : Fee per byte 5.021 sat/B
based on bitcoinfees.earn.com current average is around 490 satoshis/byte
with your current tx fee rate, you can only wait or do either RBF or CPFP
accelerating it thru confirmtx (freely) needs tx size <500 bytes or minimum 10 sat/byte thru viabtc
btw you've just created a dust balance in 1NhQXxB2... 0.0000288 BTC, should've just add it to tx fee as well

If your wallet told you that your fee was "optimal", then your wallet lied to you.  Perhaps you should consider using a better wallet in the future.

Either your transaction will be confirmed or the transaction won't be confirmed, and funds will later return to your wallet.

If you sent the funds as "replaceable" with Electrum you can use the feature "Enable Replace-by-Fee" and resend the transaction with higher fee.

it is your wrong you send with small fee try use RBF or Viabtc to accelerate it

Your fee is too small, miners will process other transactions which has the fee higher than yours. So i think you should find some helps in services thread , there are topics about boosting unconfirmed transaction or you can do it for yourself in viabtc.com

It's a hard time for bitcoin nowadays but in 1st january scalability will be improve. A lot of exchange will use segwit and maybe we will have 2mB increase. You just have to wait.
