I am curious about how others see supplements.

What are you taking or do you believe on supplements?
The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Used to be. Now I only take the basics - fish oil, multivitamin and protein powder.

Vitamin D tablets are essential during the dark winters where I live for me to not become depressed from the lack of sunlight. I also try to keep a good supply of Boost High Protein meal replacement beverages on hand for days when I'm busy or need to add some nutrition to a sad meal.

I think multivitamins are needed to be added to your daily food at least 2 times a year - spring and fall

Supplements are good if you take the one your body needs. I'm taking up supplements in order for me or at least I did something to control the entry of such diseases that are now very rapidly increasing due to the instant life people are living right now. Its a way also for me look younger and energetic everyday even though I am encountering heavy loads of paper works.

Just vitamins, vitamin C during the winter and vitamin D throughout the year.
I tend to avoid using supplements as much as i can, I think it's best to keep it natural. That's why I think eating well and having a balanced diet is very important for my health
